A. HISTORICAL BACK GROUD
PT. Bina Solusi Consulting was established in 2008 by founders who have over 10 years experiences in providing tax consultancies. A lot of learning’s have been gained through this long experiences in providing clients with our advices, especially in the area of assistance in tax audits, fiscal correction and filling annual tax return, providing back up data for the company in filling tax return or during the tax audits’ process, designing a comprehensive tax review, reconciliation / equalization of tax’s objects (Article 21, 22, 23, 26 and VAT) and representing client in the appeal to tax authority and also to tax courts.

B. THE FOUNDERS
The founder, Tjhai Fung Njit, B.Sc (Hons), M.Si, BKP (who is also called David) is a certified tax consultant with Brevet C qualification, which is the highest qualification for a certified tax consultant in Indonesia who is eligible to represent all kind of tax payers/residences, including foreign company and Corporation with foreign direct investment. He obtained a Master Degree (M.Si) from University of Indonesia, majoring in Fiscal administration and Tax policy, the thesis was on “Income tax incentive and its influence to foreign direct investment (FDI)”. His main activities are giving tax consulting services, lectures on taxation and being a speaker to some tax seminars. International taxation is one of his main expertises.
Our senior partner, Tjhai Fung Pin has over 10 years experiences in tax administration, tax audit, tax review, tax refund and general tax consulting services with PMA (Corporation with Foreign direct investment). He has been involved extensively in tax audit and providing support during the tax audit.
